Day 32

Looe to Romsey

We arrived in Looe the night before and Helen and I walked into town from the caravan park on top of the hill to have a look around. We caught a taxi on the way back as it was about 3 mile out of town and up a very steep hill on narrow country roads in the dark.

Doing a spot of sightseeing, we arranged to meet Jan and Phil while at Looe they were having a weekend away.
This is true, we had been told they were vicious but I had just bought an ice cream and one swooped down and nearly took my head of trying to get it. Talk about Alfred Hitchcocks Movie "The Birds"
